I found it while surfing around on Yahoo News. Do you have any suggestions on how to get listed in Yahoo News? I’ve been trying for a while but I never seem to get there! Thank you

Bill Mollison’s “Permcaulture: A Designer’s Manual” suggests ways to engineer landscapes that make more efficient use of water resources and to trap as much of it as possible in soil before it flows back out to sea. While it focuses more on sustainable farming, the ideas will have a knock-on effect on how we live and continue to employ scarce resources.

This is also interesting and has been around for a while. It focuses more on farming and energy usage, not just water scarcity.
